CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 298(FIN) "An Act exempting quarry                                                                         
rock, sand and gravel, and marketable earth mining operations from                                                              
the mining license tax; and providing for an effective date" which had                                                          
been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2364) was before the

Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
